SSMMS

Simply described "SSMMS" is (Spunbond, Meltblown, and Spunbond) SSMMS is a 5 layered (100%) Polypropylene Nonwoven Fabric which is manufactured by using all the 5 beams of the machine to achieve the best quality, and SSS (Spunbond – Spunbond – Spunbond) is a 3 layered 100% Polypropylene nonwoven fabric manufactured using 3 beams. This fabric not only exhibits flawless performance, supreme strength and elongation, it is also cost efficient and can be used by cost sensitive manufacturers from Hygiene and Medical industry. Which are include Fine Denier, Uniform structure, decent strength and elongation. a. Spunbond

Spun-bond or spun bonded is sort of production process of nonwoven fabric. Spunbond nonwovens are made by spinning continuous filament fibers onto a moving belt. The continuous fibers come from polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene raw materials that has been dried, melted and extruded into a flowing polymer melt.

b. Melt blown

Melt blowing is a conventional fabrication method of micro- and nanofibers where a polymer melt is extruded through small nozzles surrounded by high speed blowing gas. The randomly deposited fibers form a nonwoven sheet product applicable for filtration, sorbents, apparels and drug delivery systems.

c. Spun melt / SSMM

Spunbond has been combined with melt-blown nonwovens, conforming them into a layered product called SMS (spun-melt-spun). Melt-blown nonwovens have extremely fine fiber diameters but are not strong fabrics. SMS fabrics, made completely from PP are water-repellent and fine enough to serve as disposable fabrics.
